AHni Radvanyi and Pyro nation have a televised spin jam for channel 17, and 21. We lit up the parking lot and spun for an hour before the cops came to break it up (they got a call people were trying to set the ATM's next door on fire) ... as we all know, it is officially a party when the police come. the reason why this is sexy and so demanding is very obvious. many wester curlture fitness programs use a muscle in only 1 context. No other fitness programs encourage a muscle to calibrate intensity; which is why I also learned how to dance and develop a very light touch. Not everything is "all out".
